Everything on this page is clear. The crisp lines and solid pools help, but I also think the panel layout is impeccable. In the first panel, on the road below the character - are those cars moving? I think that's the only part of the sequence I don't automatically understand, and I doubt it's important. We know at least ONE car gets stopped soon anyway.
In the last panel, his expression and pose don't have any closure, which I assume is intentional. If there's a transition, I won't automatically think he's alive. If there's not a transition, I suppose the next page will inform me one way or the other.
But since I think the sequence is clear (man steps out of vehicle, looks on from bridge to a palatial building, explosions go off, then the luxury car behind him explodes, he lands on a car hood under the bridge), the page is perfectly sound. I even like that his vehicle was made bolder (with solid pooling) to separate him from all those other crisply-lined cars behind him.
The points you raise are fair. Interesting too, especially since the script on this page was rewritten and some of the elements had to be added that I hadn't planned for and wasn't able to establish very well...such as the parked cars on the "road" below.
